1. Bachelor's degree and above in Thermal, Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in technical product management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the Thermal industry. Knowledge in single phase liquid cooling , CDU or two phase heat exchanging is preferred. 3. Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English 4. Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements. 5. Technical expertise in relevant areas such as manufacturing, including different machining processes, GD&T , thermal technology, reliability knowledge is highly desirable. 6. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and industry-specific certifications are a plus.
