This is not a routine trading job — it's a role where you'll collaborate across borders, stay ahead of industry innovations, and help shape the future of fire safety in Asia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Import/Export Order Fulfillment Primary focus on import operations: coordinating and ensuring smooth execution of procurement orders from overseas suppliers. 2. Liaison & Documentation Coordination Daily work involves cross-functional communication, document handling, and process coordination. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential. 3. English Communication Proficiency in English is a must, as the role requires daily interaction with international manufacturers and clients via email, messaging platforms, and verbal communication. CAREER DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES 1. Manufacturer Relationship Management Our suppliers are vital business partners. This role involves nurturing long-term partnerships through a diplomatic approach and a genuine desire to create mutual value. 2. New Product & Supplier Sourcing Staying ahead in the fire protection and safety industry requires proactive product research, trade show attendance, and outreach to potential suppliers. Your role will include identifying and evaluating new products and securing exclusive distribution deals. 3. Overseas Market Expansion We are actively exploring markets beyond Taiwan to diversify our product and client base.
