We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing international sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across global markets for one of our company brand Mastech (https://www.mastech-group.com/global/en/) . Proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage, as many of our key markets are in Russian-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Sales Strategy - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in international markets. - Identify new business opportunities and establish connections with global clients. 2. Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met. - Provide tailored solutions and professional support to clients across various time zones. 3. Market Research - Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. - Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies. 4. Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company goals. - Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. 5. Sales Operations - Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to track progress and meet targets. - Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong profitability margins. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in international sales or a similar role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in global markets. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Proficiency in Russian is a strong advantage. • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
