About the role... We’re seeking a Senior PR Manager to shape and uphold a consistent and influential public image for ALP by effectively communicating our key values, messaging, achievements, thought leadership, and perspectives to external audiences. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for media and public inquiries, coordinate park tour visits, pitch compelling stories to the press, develop media kits, and orchestrate high-impact press conferences. As the Senior PR Manager, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and key stakeholders across Taiwan and Southeast Asia (SEA) to design and deliver integrated, multi-channel PR strategies that elevate ALP’s brand presence and unlock strategic business opportunities. What you will do... Design and execute sophisticated communication strategies to enhance ALP’s corporate image, drive brand equity, and create business growth opportunities. Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of innovative and strategic PR campaigns that amplify ALP’s key initiatives and milestones. Identify and secure high-profile corporate speaking engagements and award opportunities to elevate ALP’s story and influence. Oversee agency partners to ensure seamless planning and execution of PR campaigns aligned with overarching communication goals. Build and nurture strategic relationships with local and global media, industry influencers, and communication peers to deliver positive, impactful outcomes. Partner with the in-house legal team to manage contract negotiations and ensure successful fulfillment with external collaborators. Who you are... 【What skills are required...】 At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in public relations, with a strong background in commercial PR or consultancy roles. Proven expertise in managing diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, media outlets, industry associations, and agents. Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, consistent, and tailored key messages for varied audiences. A strong track record in brand communication and end-to-end PR management. Hands-on experience in organizing tradeshows, media events, and large-scale engagements. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) 【Preferred Skills or Experience...】 Professional experience in Southeast Asia (SEA) markets. Background in the B2B sector is highly advantageous.
