工作內容

• Go-to support person under Business Department on track to becoming Sales / Project Manager depending on the performance. • Support the interaction with new and existing customers by phone and email. • Communicate with vendors / suppliers based primarily in the United States. • Process inquiries, quotations, purchase orders and data entry. • Follow up with clients on their projects. • Interact with internal teams to meet the needs of the clients. • Maintain the utmost accuracy of all work performed. • Other administrative & sales support duties as assigned.

Qualification: • Basic knowledge of network technologies and telecom products. • 3 years of prior sales assistant experience in telecom industry preferred. • Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on organizational and time management capabilities. • Self-motivated to continuously learn new technologies and products. • Strong skills and knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM system. • Demonstrates only the highest personal and ethical standards. • Disciplined to work under minimized supervision. • Bachelor’s degree is required. • Strong business English skills. Native in Mandarin.
