Optical Lab Research Engineer 光學實驗工程師 – WSS 光學模組

1. Job Description: a. Accurate (um level) optical module process development for optical communication products. b. Develop passive/active optical assembly process / station c. Tolerance analysis d. Process transfer with USA/ China team. e. Process improvement at factory. 2. REQUIREMENT: a. >3 yrs working experience in optical related industry. b. Familiar with accurate optical module process / tolerance analysis. c. Familiar with optical table / bench top works d. Co-work experience with Mechanical team and production team. e. Know at least one programming language: C++, Phython, MATLAB… f. Business travel required to USA / China side. g. English communicate ability with USA team/ Mandarin communication ability. 3. PREFERRED: a. ZEMAX experience b. Laser experience. c. Optical communication related experience d. Familiar with IR invisible light system. 4. NOTE: Training opportunity in USA
