We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to help our sales team drive strategic growth. This role will not only manage key client accounts but also have a chance to mentor and develop a small team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue goals. Responsibilities: 1. Drive business growth in server thermal modules, PC cooling solutions, and AI/HPC markets. 2. Manage and expand relationships with global customers (brands / ODMs / OEMs) to ensure long-term partnerships. 3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue growth targets. 4. Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. 5. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal RD/PM teams to deliver customized solutions. 6. Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to ensure on-time delivery. 7. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, pricing strategies, and account management practices. 8. Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen business relationships.

1. Experience in AI, Cloud Computing, Thermal field would be a plus. 2. Familiarity with PMP methodologies is preferred 3. Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive 4. Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience. 5. Understanding of sales performance metrics. 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. 8. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
