【AI虛擬人】(資深)系統維運工程師(Senior) MIS & System Engineer

這工作會滿靈活也有趣，需要跟RD部門、ART部門合作，牽涉到的範疇包含日常軟硬體管理(Windows AD、Linux Admin/容器化Docker)、網路管理(機房server、防火牆、AWS之類雲端設定)、少部份資安管理…等等，偶爾也會配合展演到現場場佈。 工作描述: 1.協助建立和維護虛擬人製作的專用系統軟硬體環境，確保其穩定運行。 2.對虛擬人製作中可能出現的軟硬體故障進行快速診斷和解決，以確保項目進展順利。 3.根據虛擬人製作的設計需求，搭建伺服器和網路環境，確保其符合性能和安全性要求。 4.日常監控伺服器、網路設備和作業系統的運行狀態，迅速處理潛在的問題。 5.協助調試虛擬人製作所需的公司產品，包括本地和雲端部署，並提供相關技術支援。 6.在外部展示現場提供IT相關支援，確保虛擬人展示順利進行。 7.根據公司的要求，參與各種軟硬體升級和改造項目，確保系統的持續優化和升級。 Job Description: 1.Assist in establishing and maintaining a dedicated system hardware and software environment for virtual human production, ensuring its stable operation. 2.Rapidly diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults that may arise during virtual human production to ensure smooth project progress. 3.Build server and network environments according to the design requirements of virtual human production, ensuring they meet performance and security requirements. 4.Monitor the operational status of servers, network equipment, and operating systems on a daily basis, promptly addressing potential issues. 5.Assist in debugging company products required for virtual human production, including local and cloud deployments, and provide relevant technical support. 6.Provide IT-related support at external exhibition venues to ensure the smooth execution of virtual human presentations. 7.Participate in various software and hardware upgrade and enhancement projects as required by the company, ensuring the ongoing optimization and upgrading of systems. 任職需求: 1.相關專業大專以上學歷，優先考慮具備電腦、通信、電子等專業背景的候選人。 2.至少2年以上軟硬體相關工作經驗。 3.熟悉Windows和Linux伺服器系統的安裝和配置，能夠迅速應對系統環境的需求。 4.具備TCP/IP、交換機、路由器等網路知識，能夠協助解決網路相關的問題。 5.出色的溝通和表達能力，善於與團隊協作，確保工作目標的實現。 6.具有高度的責任心，注重工作的細節和謹慎性，確保系統的穩定性和安全性。 7.若有資安管理、資產管理的經驗，則是加分 Qualifications: 1.Relevant bachelor's degree or higher education, with candidates possessing backgrounds in computer science, telecommunications, electronics, or related fields given preference. 2.At least 2 years of relevant hardware and software work experience. 3.Familiarity with the installation and configuration of Windows and Linux server systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to system environment requirements. 4.Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and the ability to assist in resolving network-related issues. 5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to ensure the achievement of project goals. 6.High sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on system stability and security. 7.Experience in security management and asset management is a plus.
