• 10+ years experience in mechanical DFM generates innovative solution. • Ability to generate project requirements, resolve product/process problems, support the development of new products/processes, initiate technical investigations, prepare design specifications, analyses, and make and support recommendations to management. 3D CAD software application and analysis skills. • Manage all quality-related issues within the supplier manufacturing for 5 years. • Provide the technical and reliability expertise by managing asset reliability risk. • 3+ years experience in packaging generates innovative packaging solutions • 3D CAD and Illustrator software application and analysis skills • Maintains and improves equipment reliability through identifying/correcting bad actors, conducting root cause analyses and implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programs in support of continuous improvement • Fluent in written, verbal and reading skills.
