
- Plan, project-manage, and execute marketing campaign projects end-to-end - Collaborate with and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders to support campaigns-related projects and new initiatives - Conduct data analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate performance, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimize and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives - Design and improve internal marketing campaigns processes - Research on trends across CN e-Commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities"

- 2+ years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG companies - Fast learner, willing to adapt, agile-mindset - Experience in project management and data analysis - Good communication & inference skills to manage stakeholders - Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing complex, large-scale data sets - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Self-driven and a team player - Proficient in English & Chinese (Spoken/Written) - Willing to relocate to Jakarta"
