Microsoft Senior Azure Stack HCI Engineer. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate engineer for Azure Stack HCI engineer to drive customer transformation on hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will own the customer engagements, including architecture, implementation, and production. The candidate must have experience in customer-facing roles and success in leading in-depth technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Architects, IT Management, and Developers to drive value to customers Role Description: ------------------- • Managing and supporting the organization's hybrid cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure Stack HCI. • Deeper technical knowledge of Azure Stack HCI, hyper-converged infrastructure, and related Microsoft technologies. • Planing and designing the hybrid infrastructure and leading on-prem migration. • Understanding the Microsoft Azure services support model and co-working with backend engineer team. Key Responsibilities: ----------------------- Giving the enterprise clients Azure Stack HCI solution and consulting as below • Infrastructure Management : Support the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure, including the creation, deployment, and administration of virtual machines, storage, and networking components. Assist clients to manage backup and disaster recovery processes and instruct high availbility strategy in mutli-location. • System Performance Troubleshooting: Support and resolve the performance issue of the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure • Security and Compliance: Provide and lead Azure Stack HCI deployments comply with the clients' security standards and requirements. Advice to implement and manage security measures like access controls, firewalls, and encryption. • Consultation & Collaboration: Provide technical consultation to other IT teams, business units, and management. Collaborate on infrastructure projects and initiatives. Qualifications: ----------------- • Medium English skills, able to view English documents, send and receive e-mails. Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required at least 5 years. • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Stack HCI are highly desirable. • 3-5 years' technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. Experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering, focusing on Azure Stack HCI or similar technologies is often expected Technical Skills: ----------------- In-depth understanding of Azure Stack HCI, virtualization, storage, and networking. Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and security of your hybrid cloud infrastructure, and it requires a candidate with both technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively within an IT team.
