(Sr.) Process Engineer, Manufacturing 製程工程師_新店廠

Your Job Molex is seeking an experienced Sr. Process Engineer to Responsible for evaluating and configuring manufacturing processes, operation procedures, workflows, and collect information to reduce cost, enhance yield rate and improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.. What You Will Do •Cross-functional cooperation and coordination with design engineering teams, manufacturing teams, quality teams and supply chain resources. •Responsible for NPI transferring process, especially in participating in the “Design for Manufacturing” process by working with the manufacturing and design teams to make sure the products conform manufacturing standards. •Monitor production data and yield status to detect manufacturing related issues, and then responsible in analyzing and identifying root cause on production process failure and work with teams to clarify and resolve them. •Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions. •Execute outsourcing component evaluation, acceptance and qualification test plans. •Able to support / set production process in North Vietnam. Who You Are EDUCATION: •Bachelor’s degree above in a technical field (IE, EE, ME, Materials Science, etc.) •Good communication skills within different teams and work effectively taken with team members. •Good ability to Listen/Speak/Read/Write skills in English communication. What Will Put You Ahead •5+ years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering and verification perform working experiences. •Good ability to Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. •Process control experience for fiber optical products is preferred. •Have experience to use relevant drawing software such as Solid work, NX, or CAD for production fixture design is preferred. •Capable for Solidwork or AutoCAD tools
