The ideal candidate should have expertise in acquiring institutions and ACH processes, with familiarity in Visa and Mastercard risk control standards. Fraud prevention experience is a strong plus. This role suits professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and can work independently. 【工作內容 / Key Responsibilities】 1. 風險管理機制規劃與執行 (Risk Management Planning and Execution): • 負責規劃與評估風險管理機制,確保其合規性與適用性。 Risk Assessment and Management: Develop and evaluate risk management mechanisms to ensure legal compliance and operational effectiveness. • 建立詐欺、盜刷交易的調查和處置作業流程。 Establish workflow for the investigation and handling of fraudulent and unauthorized transactions. 2. 規章文件檢視與修訂 (Policy and Procedures Review and Updates): • 定期檢視與更新風險管理文件,確保符合最新法規和行業標準。 Regularly review and update risk management documentation to ensure alignment with the latest regulations and industry standards. 3. 跨部門協調與溝通 (Cross-Department Coordination): • 進行跨部門溝通,確保風險管理機制和監控作業的有效執行。 Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure the smooth execution of risk control mechanisms. 4. 教育訓練 (Training and Guidance): • 提供與風險管理相關的培訓和指導,提升內部員工的風險意識。 Provide risk management-related training and guidance to internal staff to enhance overall risk awareness. 【職務條件 / Qualifications】 1. 擁有金融、企業管理或相關領域的學士學位。 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 至少有3至5年風險管理經驗,並在支付平台或金融科技行業有相關經驗。 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, with specific experience in PayFac or FinTech industry. 3. 熟悉Visa和Mastercard等卡組織的風險控制標準。 Familiarity with risk control standards of Card Associates such as Visa and Mastercard. 4. 具備詐欺防範經驗者尤佳。 Experience in fraud prevention is highly desired. 5. 能夠獨立工作並具備團隊合作精神。 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
