Product Procurement and Supplier Development: Execute product procurement based on company requirements; actively develop and evaluate new suppliers to ensure diversity and stability in the supply chain. 2. Cost Analysis and Price Negotiation: Conduct cost calculations, perform inquiries and comparisons, and negotiate optimal pricing with suppliers to maximize cost-effectiveness. 3. Verification of Supplier Invoices: Examine and verify supplier invoices to ensure data accuracy. 4. Sample Management: Track the mailing progress of samples to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 5. Internal and External Communication Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the sales department and suppliers, ensuring smooth information flow and facilitating successful collaboration. 6. Procurement Order Management: Process procurement orders, monitor delivery status and production progress to ensure timely fulfillment. 7. Experience in Mainland China Procurement: Candidates with procurement experience in Mainland China will be given priority consideration.
