Responsibilities of this Position 1.Provide annual account plan, including key account vision, mission, goal, SWOT analysis, account strategies, organization, ecosystem, and Moxa strategy based on overall account understanding to achieve annual business target and long-term account development 2.Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company 3.Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance 4.Working with internal team to ensure the highest product quality to meet key client needs and resolve their issues and complaints 5.Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines and managing communications between key clients and internal teams 6.Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management 7.Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients inside or outside the client organization
