About the Role As a member of the Shopee B2C System team, you will be dedicated to enhancing the user experience and driving the implementation of system solutions. You will work closely with team members to discuss and formulate business execution strategies, leading to the generation of corresponding system modification requirements. You will also need to communicate and coordinate with local and international system and product teams to ensure that system modification directions align with overall goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting the implementation of new system solutions across various business segments, ensuring their successful launch and achievement of desired outcomes. 【Key Responsibilities】 ● Discuss execution directions within the team, generate corresponding system solutions, propose system modification directions to local and international system and product teams, and promote the implementation of new system solutions across various business segments. ● Analyze, coordinate, and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and the value of feature requests with business teams and regional product teams in Singapore, Shenzhen, and Taiwan to deliver comprehensive and accurate Feature Request Form (FRF). ● Collaborate with the product team to verify whether User Acceptance Testing (UAT) meets the functional expectations set by the business team. ● Act as a system-side coordinator, responsible for cross-team communication, ensuring that all teams (including operations, customer service, warehouse staff, and business teams) clearly understand the processes and usage methods after system modifications. This may involve designing and producing training materials, as well as conducting training sessions, providing on-site guidance, or other forms of communication. ● Respond to system-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to reported problems. ● Drive vendor management process and related system features, including vendor data, access, performance tracking, and integration workflows. ● Participate in automation system design and planning (e.g., logistics or warehouse automation), define requirements, write functional specifications, and coordinate with engineering and third-party vendors for integration.
