Our benefits are flexible and can be discussed according to your needs. ●Job Responsibilities● ．Management: Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and display planning. ．Customer Service: Provide professional product advice to enhance customer satisfaction. ．Sales: Lead the team to achieve sales targets and optimize sales strategies. ．Store Image: Maintain store presentation and create an appealing shopping environment. ●Qualifications● ．(Store Manager) At least 2 years of retail management experience, familiar with store operations. ．Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate the team effectively. ．Sensitivity to retail trends, with skills in data analysis and business insight. ．Passion for retail, with a creative mindset and dedication to improving customer service. <No management experience?
