[Fully English Speaking Position] Lead Developer

Summary: As a Lead Developer at Aetheras, you will drive the technical vision and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll be responsible for implementing code quality, coding best practices, and observability in all deliverables, and leading by example. Responsibilities: - Lead the development of new features across web (React, Next.js) and mobile (React Native) platforms while ensuring security, scalability, and performance. - Implement and enforce coding best practices, code quality standards,unit testing enforcement and observability (tracing, logging, metrics) across all services. - Conduct code reviews, ensuring that the team follows OWASP secure coding practices and Test-Driven Development (TDD). - Mentor and support the team by providing technical guidance on complex issues and driving best practices in clean, maintainable code. - Collaborate with the Development Manager and other teams to refine user stories and technical requirements. - Ensure smooth coordination with the DevSecOps team for CI/CD pipelines and deployments. Qualifications: - At least 7 years of full-stack software development experience, with expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase, and Google Cloud services. - Strong understanding of modern web and mobile architecture and cloud-based infrastructure. - Experience with observability tools, including implementing logging, tracing, and monitoring in distributed systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on security, performance, and scalability. Previous experience in leading or mentoring development teams in an agile environment.
