【General Purpose】 The "Business Development Manager" is responsible for developing and executing strategies to deepen relationships with our top-tier customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure their satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer electronics, glass fabrication, and current market trends. 此「業務發展經理」職位需負責擬定和執行銷售策略、加深與牢固和頂級客戶的關係、開拓新的業務機會,並確保客戶滿意度。該職位需要一位對消費電子產品、玻璃製造和當前市場趨勢有深入了解的謀略家。 【Principal Accountabilities】 • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management plan for each assigned key account, aligned with company objectives. 針對指定的重點客戶,擬定並實施與公司目標一致的全方位客戶管理計畫。 • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. 擔任重點客戶的主要聯絡人,並建立牢固的客戶關係和提供卓越的客戶服務。 • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as upselling, cross-selling, or expanding product offerings. 在現有客戶中尋求並確認新的商機,如:追加銷售、交叉銷售或擴大產品範圍。 • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure that key accounts receive the highest level of support and service. 與公司內部團隊(如:銷售、行銷、產品開發)合作,以確保重點客戶獲得最高水準的支援和服務。 • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions. 協商並完成交易,確保對公司有利的條款和條件。 • Work closely with key suppliers, such as Corning Glass, to ensure a seamless supply chain and product development process. 與康寧玻璃等主要供應商緊密合作,確保供應鏈和產品開發流程無縫接軌。 • Represent New Vision Display at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships with key accounts and generate new business opportunities. 將代表公司(New Vision Display, NVD) 參加產業活動和展會,以加強與重點客戶的關係並創造新的商機。

【Qualifications】 • Must be proficient in English and Mandarin. (Being able to communicate in Taiwanese is a plus) 必須同時精通中文與英文。(能用台語溝通者加分) • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience. (Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market and its competitive landscape) 至少擁有3年的企業對企業的銷售經驗(對消費性電子市場及其競爭狀況,有深入的了解)。 • Experience in developing and managing partnerships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in Taiwan. 有經驗建立和管理台灣專業代工製造商的合作夥伴關係。 •Experience in glass fabrication and manufacturing, specifically for consumer electronics or display technologies. 有玻璃加工和製造方面的經驗,特別是在消費性電子或顯示技術領域的經驗。 • Ability to travel throughout mainland China, Malaysia, and the US. 能接受出差中國大陸、馬來西亞和美國。 • Working hours can be flexible. 能接受彈性工時。
