
<Who we are> We're Delta PMCoE (Project Management Center of Excellence) of DSO (Delta Solution Office). PMCoE serves as a critical enabler to project management competence in Delta. PMCoE is responsible for designing and rolling out project management mechanisms, PM certifications, and information systems across Delta, meanwhile serving as the inside SME (Subject Matter Expert) to deliver fundamental and advanced project management training to employees at various levels. <Job Brief> We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional with deep expertise in client-facing project delivery, particularly in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, Information & Communication Technology, or Power & Energy solution delivery projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing PM talent through hands-on coaching and project support, while also improving project management processes, delivering impactful training, and implementing scalable frameworks and digital tools. <Responsibilities> ■ Provide hands-on coaching and project-level support to less experienced project managers, especially those leading complex, cross-functional, or high-risk projects. Guide them in applying PM methodologies, managing stakeholders, and resolving challenges in real time. ■ Serve as a project management consultant to design, develop, implement, and digitize project and program management frameworks within Delta. ■ Design and deliver comprehensive Project Management training sessions in both physical and digital formats. ■ Manage and continuously improve the PM certification program to ensure that Delta project managers possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience. ■ Mentor less experienced project managers in both methodologies and leadership skills. ■ Lead the Delta Project Management System (PMS) Project, managing internal stakeholder engagement, translating requirements into actionable features and specifications, and collaborating with IT to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution. ■ Drive the adoption and integration of PMS across Delta teams to achieve operational efficiency. <Qualifications> ■ Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Program/Project Manager, specializing in client-facing solution/services delivery project management. ■ Experience in one of below domains: Building Automation, Industrial Automation, Information & Communication Technology, Power & Energy Solution ■ Experience in designing and delivering PM training courses is advantageous. ■ Experience in media creation and delivering training using multiple formats (video, interactive, etc.) is advantageous. ■ Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. ■ Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is mandatory. Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) are advantageous but not required. ■ Proficiency in project management software, particularly Atlassian Jira, is beneficial. ■ Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) ■ A Master’s degree is preferred.
