- Responsible for growing the Cross Border Mall business by acquiring and onboarding big Chinese brands through close cooperation with Seller Management Teams - Identify, establish, and execute growth strategic partnerships with Chinese sellers - With excellent project management skills and end-to-end processing and execution - Collaborate and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders and business partners which includes effective communication of expectations, plans, and adjustment of managed projects - Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categories - Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives - Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers - Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories - Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required - Manage relevant monthly/weekly/biweekly reports
