US-Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description o You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products Requirements o A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering, familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies Responsibilities o Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems o Develop and test automated and manual systems o Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria o Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards o Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance o Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services o Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements o Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations o Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses o Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes o Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performance
