Develop customized SCM solution based on OEM’s requirements 2. Cost analysis of SCM proposal 3. Communicate and coordinate with various functional units(such as Logistics, legal, IT and etc..) 4. Communicate and negotiate across sub-groups 5. Collect and consolidate data needed or required 6. Implement SCM program and monitor the progress and timeline 7. Join customer’s review meeting 8. Ensure good execution of forecast, inventory, demand and supply management to meet customers’ score card or KPI 【SKILL AND EXPERIENCE】 1. Familiar with ERP system, such as Oracle or SAP 2. Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros 3. Able to communicate in English 4. 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor component material planning, logistics, inventory management, or a related area 5. Familiarity with demand forecasting, production planning, procurement, and distribution
