Service Technician 售後服務技術員 (重型基礎施工機械) The Service Technician is responsible for the After Sales Service, Erection & Commissioning Equipment on site. To carry out troubleshoot and repair of BAUER equipment in Taiwan. 負責售後服務、現場設備安裝與調試,以及在台灣進行BAUER設備的故障和維修。 Reporting Lines / Substitution / Subordinates - Reporting to Director 匯報線路 / 代理 / 下屬 • 向總監報告 Preferred Skills: - Minimum high school qualification - Competent in mechanical process - 1-2 years of working experience in related field - Driving license 首選技能: - 至少具有高中學歷 - 熟練掌握機械工藝 - 1-2 年相關領域的工作經驗 - 擁有駕駛執照 Job Scope: - Attend to the equipment erection and commissioning, field service at job site as well as workshop for equipment repair, including overhaul jobs. 負責設備的安裝與調試,在工地以及車間進行設備維修,包括設備檢修/整修工作。 - Perform effective troubleshooting to identify fault or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged parts. 有效的執行排除故障,識別故障或故障原因並進行維修或更換損壞零件。 - Put up service required parts requisition for approval. 提交所需零件的請購單以供審批。 - Prepare parts required for the repair in orderly manner. 以有序的方式準備維修所需的零件。 - Prepare and submit the repair/service reports according to the repair done within the specific time. 根據維修情況,在指定時間內準備並提交維修/服務報告。 - Maintain good company image at all times by providing prompt service & showing good work attitudes to customers. 通過提供迅速的服務及展現良好的工作態度,隨時保持公司的良好形象。 - Ensure that all tools, equipment & materials used are in good condition. Request for replacement as and when needed. 確保所有使用的工具、設備和材料保持良好狀況,並在需要時提出申請更換。 - Knowledge of workplace/jobsite safety while working is essential. 工作時必需具備工作場所/工地的安全知識。 - Explain or demonstrate to customer or surveyor the system of machinery. 向客戶或檢查員解釋或演示機械系統。 - Report to supervisor on day-to-day work and plan. 向主管報告日常工作和計劃。 - Provide support to customers on site and attend to customer queries. 為現場客戶提供支持並處理客戶查詢。 - Maintain proper service record with SR report. 維持良好的服務記錄,包括SR報告。 - Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time. 執行主管不時指派的其他臨時職責。
