職責: • 銷售連接器, 主,被動及保護零件 • 開發潛在客戶,拓展市場,以達成業績目標 • 現有客戶關係維護並增加銷售業績及開發新業務 • 能夠與內部和外部資源協同工作以達成銷售結果 • 通過與內部銷售部門密切合作來保持與客戶的關係, 協助解決客戶問題, 產品客訴, 確保客戶滿意度 • 充分了解客戶、競爭對手及市場變動並即時回報, 以調整銷售策略達成業務目標 Responsibilities: • Responsible for the direct sales of electronic components on existing and new accounts • Identify business opportunities to maintain sales level and develop new business • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate sales results • Maintain quality relationship with customer by resolving customer problems, complaints and work closely with Inside Sales to ensure customer satisfaction • Forecast for customers, competitors, market movements in order to adjust sales budgets and targets

• 大學或以上學歷, 優先考慮電子/電機科目 • 具5年以上的電子元件領域銷售經驗和技術知識者尤佳(優先考慮具備通訊, 汽車相關市場銷售經驗) • 良好的中英文口語和書面表達能力 • 具有獨立作業能力,能在限期內完成工作 • 具備優秀的組織,分析和解決問題的能力 • 主動,成熟及積極的工作態度 Requirements: • Degree or above, preferred in Electrical/Electronic/Engineering subjects • Minimum 5 years sales experience in electronics components field and with technical knowledge will be an advantage but not a must. (Preferably in passive components and interconnect products) • Good command in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines • Mature disposition, positive attitude and self-motivated • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
