《About this Role》 ULTRON is seeking a Product Marketing role who can bridge product strategy and market execution to bring our IoT hardware and software solutions to the next level. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing product marketing strategies, working with senior team members to deliver clear, user-focused messaging across various marketing channels. If you're passionate about technology, communication, and creative execution, this role is for you. 《Ideal Candidate Profile》 ● Passionate in both technical understanding and marketing creativity. ● Skilled in campaign planning, storytelling, and content marketing. ● Capable of working across different roles. ● Results-driven with strong ownership and a growth mindset. 《About Responsibilities》 ● Product Strategy & Sales Enablement ○ Combine ULTRON's proprietary software and hardware into marketable product offerings. ○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive positioning and messaging. ○ Design product sales kits, solution packages, and go-to-market frameworks. ● Solution Promotion & Market Penetration ○ Plan and execute large-scale solution promotions through digital advertising, distribution partners, co-branding, video storytelling, or cross-industry collaborations. ○ Develop customer-facing content with business priorities. ● Campaign & Event Marketing ○ Plan and implement marketing campaigns or offline/online activities to drive user acquisition, engagement, and participation. ○ Track and analyze campaign KPIs, optimizing tactics based on performance and insights. ● Content Marketing ○ Translate technical solutions, success cases, and market insights into blog posts, newsletters, and community content. ○ Enhance brand visibility and user recognition through consistent content publishing. ● Government Grant Support ○ Assist in drafting, coordinating, and executing marketing-related government grant programs that help elevate product visibility and commercial adoption.

《Must Have》 ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. ● 3+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, preferably in the tech or IoT sector. ● Familiar with tools such as Google Drive, Canva, FB, LinkedIm or similar platforms. ● Experience in event marketing, blog writing, and digital campaign planning. ● Proficiency in Mandarin and English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent preferred). 《Nice to Have》 ● Basic knowledge of government project application is a plus.
