• Review and formulate best-fit strategies for procurement activities in various aspects to support the Company’soperations •Implement the procurement activities which are in compliance with Company's procurement policy and procedures •Formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement •Conduct vendor performance management •Source of information, current trends and best practices in procurement area •To be a good team leader and player, support user departments

• A self-starter with minimum of 6 years solid experience in PSM operations gained from sizable multi-national organizations with solid experience in Taiwan regions, of which at least 3 years' experience in managing a team across the Region. Experience in elevator industry is an advantage but not a must. • A strong team player who enjoys working closely with people under a highly matrix organization and is able tocope well with ambiguity and demonstrates resilience. • Ability to build good working relationships with all level of staff and to influence and challenge constructively. • Able to work under pressure and possesses strong organization skills with ability to deal with conflicting priorities,manage multiple tasks within tight schedules with high level of ethics & integrity. • Sound project management skills with experience in leading Regional rollout of Global projects/initiatives. • With SAP experience is preferable. • Good communication skills, with high standard of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other Asian languages is plus.
