The position also requires conducting ongoing market and industry research to provide timely updates that inform senior management's strategic decisions. Job Responsibilities: 1. Financial & Valuation Analysis Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and other quantitative assessments for investment, transaction, and strategic initiatives. Evaluate and support project feasibility and risk assessments. 2. Strategic Presentations Create and review presentations for senior management, summarizing financial analyses, strategic opportunities, and recommendations. Provide key insights for decision-making on potential deals and portfolio strategies. 3. Portfolio Management Support Assist in the management of business unit (BU) and portfolio reviews, including performance tracking, financial reporting, and quarterly valuations. Support corporate actions, such as shareholder updates and other portfolio-related activities. 4. Market & Industry Research Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry segments. Provide regular updates and insights on industry developments to assist in strategic planning and decision-making. 5. Ad-hoc Projects & Performance Reviews Assist in various ad-hoc projects, including the evaluation of business unit performance, portfolio company reviews, and comparative industry analysis. Conduct research to identify key market trends and competitive dynamics.
