Duties • Design and develop responsive websites that enhance user experience and engagement. • Analyze website performance using analytics tools to inform design improvements and optimize user experience. • Work closely with graphic designers to ensure cohesive branding across all digital platforms. Qualifications: Proven Experience • 5+ years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio of Wix-based projects. Wix Expertise • Advanced knowledge of the Wix platform, including the Editor, Velo by Wix, Wix ADI, and app integrations, with a focus on SEO and conversion tools. SEO & Analytics • Strong understanding of on-page SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to monitor traffic and conversion metrics. Design Skills • Proficiency in graphic design and UX/UI principles with expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva or Sketch. UX/UI Design Skills • Expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality, using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Communication Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present design ideas to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Digital Marketing Knowledge • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, e-commerce optimization, lead generation, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices. Attention to Detail • Ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring high-quality design standards and strict adherence to deadlines. Specialized Experience: • Experience with other web design platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. • Knowledge of social media integration, e-commerce, and email marketing platforms. • Experience with creating e-commerce websites and integrating payment systems.
