Customer Technology Engineer/Leader (水平化學銅或脈衝電鍍銅)

This position functions as a technical expert owning both chemicals and equipment expertise for PCB circuit metallization, works with R&D, Product line management, and commercial team in new product commercialization, application development, and critical trouble-shooting providing to customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)： • Interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customers' needs, defend existing business, and explore new opportunities. • Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge. • Leverage efficient expertise to expand DuPont products to different processes and equipment allocation. • Work closely with commercial team and provide technical services including new product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting to meet customer needs by equipping with technology professionals. • Bring tech-marketing insights into the organization. Requirements: • MS degree or above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or equivalent. • 5+ years experience in PCB industry. • 5+ years experience in horizontal electroless Cu process used in PCB industry. • Strong data analytical and DOE capabilities. Comfortable and experienced with using data analytics to drive decisions. Familiar with analytical software (e.g. JMP, Minitab, MS Excel). • A strong self-motivator with good working discipline, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential. • Strong logical thinking and business acumen. • Fluent in written English. Listening & speaking capability is an advantage. • Willing to travel.
