RPA Development Engineer

Process Analysis and Feasibility: • Collaborate with team to analyze and document processes suitable for automation. • Assess the feasibility of automation for various workflows using RPA. 2. Design and Development: • Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable automation workflows using RPA. • Design end-to-end automation solutions while adhering to best practices and organizational standards. 3. Testing and Deployment: • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure automation workflows are accurate, reliable, and robust. • Deploy bots to production environments and validate their performance. 4. Monitoring and Maintenance: • Monitor deployed automations for performance and stability. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying updates and optimizations as needed. 5. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities to enhance existing automation workflows. • Stay updated with advancements in RPA, as well as general RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
