The Sales team at Edenred Taiwan stands at the forefront of rapid business growth, bringing value to our customers through our digital product. Supported by cross functional teams, our sales are equipped with market insights, performance knowledge and a strong IT/Product team to bring the best solutions to our customers while reaching for business excellence. 【Your Role】 。The Account Manager will strive to achieve sales target aggressively through cross-selling and client relationship management. You will possess a can-do attitude to meet challenges in this forever changing world to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be disciplined in sales operation and examine sales data to remove blockage and find new opportunities to increase win rate. The team structure, 。Direct report to Account Sales Head This Account Manager is responsible for:  REVENUE GROWTH: : • Drive the achievement of aggressive sales targets, continually assessing and adjusting key account strategies for optimal performance with a specific focus in cross-sell and key account maintenance • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue immediate business opportunities for accelerated revenue growth and actively manage attrition rate  CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: • Build and maintain client relationships optimized for swift conversions, ensuring exceptional service and rapid satisfaction Leading to high client NPS scores • Leverage unique dynamics of rapid sales to establish trust and deliver quick wins for clients  MARKET ANALYSIS: • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics influencing rapid sales • Provide valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies geared towards rapid market penetration  CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: • Work with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, merchant and product to algin cross-selling strategies and ensure seamless customer experience

【YOUR PROFILE】  3+ years’ experience as a Sales in B2B, SaaS software or digital products in mid to large-size clients  Possess strong negotiation skills to lead sales team to secure new opportunities in account management , including pricing agreements and contract terms  Adept at building mutually beneficial agreements that expand service coverage and strengthen customer relationship  Experience in managing sales funnel and negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate structure  Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment  Experience in undertaking a data-driven approach to key account development  Ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to bring customer requirements to a reality  Strong analytical problem-solving approach  Good cross-functional communication skills  Bachelor’s degree or above Languages required  Fluent in oral and written Chinese
