About the role... ALP (Ally Logistic Property Co., Ltd.) has been a pioneer in delivering Smart Logistics Solutions in Taiwan, catering to an expanding portfolio of international clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Assistant Vice President to join our team and expand opportunities within the logistics property sector across the regions, understanding their unique needs, and negotiating contract terms that foster mutual value and long-term partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new clients and business opportunities, fast developing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the industry. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and group CEO, assisting in developing business strategies, and solutions, and engaging key accounts to achieve sales targets and growth. What you will do... 1. You'll plan and deliver comprehensive sales strategies, explore new market segments, and expand business portfolios with existing clients in short and limited timeline. 2. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as construction, information technology, and automation team to bring the ALP's suite of smart logistic warehouses and services to markets. 3. You'll work closely with the various companies within the ALP group to bring the total intergrated logistic solution to the client, including logistic real estate, third-party logistics, transportation, pallet rental, etc. 4. You'll establish long-term relationships with potential clients with the view to enhancing business opportunities and bringing the innovative product/solution to the mainstream market. 5. You'll engage in contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize the profitability of the Company and deliver the sales target. 6. You'll assist in the improvement of current sale processes, workforce capability, and build a high-performance team to drive the sale revenue target by day to day operation. 7. You'll assist in managing and deploying departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources. Who you are... 1. Sensitive to industry landscape, market intelligence, and the latest development in industry trends. Fast Learner, growth mindset, target-oriented, and enthusiasm for changing the logistics industry. 2. Multi-aspect development, able to work with a diverse set of skills (strategic, technical, and sales). 3. Strong number skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. What skills are required... 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Development, Logistics, Supply Chain Management; an advanced degree is preferred. 2. 10+ years of Logistics, Technology or FMCG industries sales and developement supervisory experience is preferred. 3. Experienced with the workings of cross-functional departments, coordination, and communication. 3. Proven experience working with international clients or in a cross-cultural business environment is preferred. 4. Exceptional oral & written communication of Mandarin and English; other language accessibility in the SEA region or Japanese will be a plus.
