Responsibilities • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Cultivate existing customer relationships while gathering market intelligence • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Cooperate and communicate with international agents • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Manage supporting team to perform customer satisfaction.
