Software Development Engineer（Back-End）- Go/Java/C# 後端工程師

▍Responsibilities －Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting. －Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with trading systems. －Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies. －Adds to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. －Used to work in an Agile environment. ▍Requirements －Complex, Multithreaded Development Experience (Java / C# / Go). －Minimum 5+ years of experience in (Java / C# / Go) development. －Strong OO design principles and design patterns (e.g. S.O.L.I.D). －Knowledge of protocols (RESTful, WebSocket, gRPC...etc). －Experience within latency dependant environments (Microsecond). －Passion for technology innovation and engineering best practice. －Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree qualified in a relevant engineering field such as Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Development. －Experience with high performance trading systems (ideal, not mandatory). ▍Good to have －Experience programming using low-latency techniques. －Multi-threaded/concurrency programming with lock-free algorithms. －Exposure to cloud technologies or trading platforms. －Strong foundation in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. －Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). －Experience in setting up and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. －1+ years experience with Go.
