銷售工程師 Sales Engineer

責任: 1. 在台灣市場銷售跟推廣PERI模板、支撐架及施工架材料。 2. 擴大市場佔有率並在土木、營造市場發現新機會，讓PERI成為領先主導市場的材料供應商。 3. 追蹤重大標案/ 建案進度，整理決標結果，有策略性開發並管理客戶達成銷售。 4. 識別新的潛在客戶並建立長期關係，同時保持現有客戶。 5. 在與客戶進行銷售諮詢期間，使用 PERI 產品分析圖紙並開發模板和支撐解決方案的初步概念。 6. 及時準備報價單及跟客戶說明合約條款、收取訂金，並追蹤合約進度。 7. 使用Excel報表定期回報專案進度及業務預測。 8. 定期提供銷售團隊最新的工程實績簡報。 9. 報價簽約期間與後勤部門協調溝通簽約及備貨事宜。 10. 準備所有出貨的必要文件，以供後勤團隊作業。 11. 參加並負責台灣本地貿易展會。 12. 按月向主管報支出差、交際及相關業務執行費用。 13. 參加每周業務PIPELINE會議、DEMAND PLANNING會議及PROJECT SCHEDULE會議。 背景: ❚ 大學建築、土木、機械、材料相關科系畢業，具英文溝通能力(聽說讀寫) ❚ 有施工架和模板銷售經驗，具備對模板與施工架行業相關的工程要求的總體了解。 ❚ 個性外向、願意與陌生人溝通表達自己。 ❚ 邏輯清楚,、能夠獨立作業，具良好的溝通能力，及主動性、抗壓性。 ❚ 熟悉Microsoft Office作業系統之所有工具 Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point 等。 Responsibilities: 1. Promote PERI formwork, supports, and construction scaffolding materials in the Taiwan market. 2. Expand market share and discover new opportunities in the civil engineering and construction market, making PERI the leading supplier in the market. 3. Track progress of major bids/projects, organize bid results, and strategically develop and manage customer relationships to achieve sales. 4. Identify new potential clients and establish long-term relationships while maintaining existing clients. 5. During sales consultations with clients, analyze blueprints using PERI products and 6. develop preliminary concepts for formwork and support solutions. 7. Prepare quotes promptly, explain contract terms to clients, collect deposits, and track contract progress. 8. Regularly report project progress and business forecasts using Excel spreadsheets. 9. Provide the sales team with up-to-date project achievement presentations regularly. 10. Coordinate communication with the logistics department regarding contract signing and inventory matters during the quoting and contracting period. 11. Prepare all necessary documents for shipments for the logistics team to operate. 12. Participate in and be responsible for local trade exhibitions in Taiwan. 13. Submit monthly reports to supervisors on travel, entertainment, and related business execution expenses. 14. Attend weekly business pipeline meetings, demand planning meetings, and project schedule meetings. Background: ❚ Graduated from university with a degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, materials, or related fields, with English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). ❚ Experience in the sales of scaffolding and formwork, with a comprehensive understanding of engineering requirements related to the formwork and scaffolding industry. ❚ Outgoing personality and good communication skills. ❚ Able to work independently, with strong communication skills, proactivity, and resilience. ❚ Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
