Business Development Executive duty includes: 1. Sales activities: (1) Marketing events coordination: seminar and training course planning/ promotion/implementation. (2) Client visiting, relationship maintenance, service development (3) Client data maintenance, quotation preparation, inquiry and opportunity status tracking and update weekly, bidding opportunity searching/ preparation/ present at biding opening meeting. (4) Contracting, Order processing and sorting, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking weekly, business document filing at all time. 2. Routine work includes (1) Cold call to prospective customers (clients visit) and service presentation 25%, (2) Communicate with clients on inquiries 25%, (3) Bidding preparation (integrate service proposal and quotation) 25%, (4) Purchase order and contract processing 15%, (5) account receivable 10%. 3.
