1.The team’s mission is to develop new types of fibers, including synthesizing novel polymers and developing corresponding spinning processes. 2.Responsible for process optimization, production trials, product characterization, and customer feedback tracking at the laboratory scale. 3.Optimize existing products based on market demands. 4.Conduct process scale-up development, including production optimization tests, equipment modification, and the design of mass production facilities. 5.Candidates with research and development experience in the fiber or polymer field are preferred.
