工作內容

We're looking for a visionary IT/MIS Director to lead our technology strategy and transform our retail operations. What you'll do: -Be the Architect: Collaborate with business leaders to develop a cutting-edge IT roadmap that aligns with our overall business objectives and fuels our ambitious growth plans. You'll design and implement a future-proof IT architecture that optimizes our retail operations, from headquarters to the store floor. -Lead the Charge: Spearhead the implementation of new software, hardware, and data systems across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. -Optimize and Innovate: Continuously evaluate and improve our IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience. -Build Strong Partnerships: Manage relationships with external IT service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions that meet our needs. -Champion Security and Resilience: Develop and enforce robust IT policies and procedures to safeguard our data, protect against cyber threats, and ensure business continuity. -Empower the Team: Provide technical guidance and support to the retail business, ensuring our technology empowers employees and enhances the customer journey. What you'll bring: -Strategic Vision: A proven ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions, with a focus on innovation and driving digital transformation in a retail environment. -Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies relevant to the retail industry. -Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, inspire teams, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. -Project Management Prowess: A track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, delivering on time and within budget. -Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively. ●≥10 years of experience in strategic IT management, system administration or IT consulting, of which ≥3 years in a leadership role 10年以上IT管理、系統管理或諮詢經驗,3年以上管理經驗 ●Profound knowledge of information technology, all layers of IT architecture and its role in a business context 對資訊技術,IT架構的所有層及其在業務環境中的角色有深入的瞭解 ●Track record managing an IT department including budget/ P&L responsibility, managing teams of IT specialists, IT project management, managing IT service providers, ideally digital transformation experience 管理IT部門的記錄,包括預算/損益責任,管理IT專家團隊,IT專案管理,管理IT服務提供者及擁有數位化轉型經驗佳 ●Solid personal network among IT service, software and hardware providers 能夠提供軟、硬體的各種服務 ●Experience in the retail sector is a strong plus 有零售經驗者佳 ●IT team management experience IT團隊管理經驗 ●Team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills 良好的團隊管理、精確數據分析、問題解決及溝通技巧等技能 ●Energetic, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously without senior management guidance, willingness to travel occasionally between stores within Taiwan and to work in an entrepreneurial environment 精力充沛,自我激勵,能夠獨立自主地完成交辦各種IT任務,願意接受出差在台灣各地協助門店支援事宜 ●basic fluency in English 中等英文佳
