工作內容
您將負責高壓測試的程序規劃與執行，並確保試驗區域的安全性與設備完整性。同時需與各單位（設計、製造、承包商）及國際合作方協調，確保測試線路、場域接地及設備需求能順利完成，這是一個結合專業技術、跨部門溝通與創意思維的整合型職務。 We are looking for an electrical engineer with proactively contribute fresh ideas and demonstrate the ability to think beyond conventional frameworks to join our team on high-voltage testing operations for long distance cable. 1-建立並執行各項高壓測試程序 Develop and execute high-voltage testing procedures 2-規劃並評估試驗區域人員安全與設備保護措施 Plan and evaluate safety measures for personnel and equipment protection in the test area 3-與檢驗設備原廠技師、技術合作方進行技術討論與確認 Conduct technical discussions and confirmations with equipment manufacturers and technical partners 4-與承包商、設計單位討論試驗場域接地規劃，並進行土木工程協調 Coordinate with contractors and construction teams on test area grounding plans, including civil engineering requirements 5-與製造部門討論海纜測試線路安排，包含相關設備與器材需求 Collaborate with the manufacturing department on submarine cable test circuit arrangements, including related equipment and material needs 6-執行前期設備安裝及現場協調 Oversee preliminary equipment installation and on-site coordination 7-參與設備及器材的採購作業 Participate in the procurement of equipment and materials

• 大學以上學歷，電機、電子工程相關科系或具電機電子維護相關背景 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related background in electrical/electronic maintenance • 具備良好的英文閱讀與溝通能力，或 TOEIC 650 分以上 Good English reading and communication skills, or TOEIC score of 650 or above • 具備 AutoCAD 或 SOLIDWORKS 基本軟體操作能力 Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS software • 具備獨立思考能力，勇於提出新觀點，能跳脫框架思考 Ability to think independently, proactively propose new ideas, and think outside the box • 善於發掘問題並提出具體可行的改善方案 Skilled at identifying problems and providing practical, actionable improvement solutions • 具備良好的電氣安全觀念 Strong awareness of electrical safety principles
