––– 工作職責 – Job Responsibilities ––– As a Junior Trade Associate at Baixian, you will support sales execution, manage client communication, and assist in the smooth operation of global seafood trade activities. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and market analysis while contributing to the group's growth in global markets. • Assist in executing trade transactions, including order processing, logistics coordination, and invoicing. • Manage client communication, support contract negotiations, and foster relationships. • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments and delivery. • Assist in developing pricing strategies using market data and insights. • Maintain accurate trade documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and customs forms. • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and optimizing supply chain processes. • Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth through client engagement. • Provide feedback to sales and procurement teams based on client interactions and market trends. ––– 交付成果 – Deliverables ––– • Trade Execution & Sales Support: Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and client orders. • Client Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to drive sales growth. • Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations. • Market Insight Contribution: Provide market feedback to inform pricing and sales strategies. ––– 職缺條件 – Qualifications ––– • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields. • Experience: 2-3 years in trading, sales, or supply chain management (experience in a similar role preferred). • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time management. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Commercial Mindset: Strong focus on meeting revenue goals, understanding client needs, and contributing to business growth.
