Marketing Communications (Marcom) Specialist / Manager

Metanoia is a leading company in the 5G and semiconductor industry. We are looking for a Marketing Communications (Marcom) Specialist / Manager with a global vision and strong strategic planning skills to drive 5G product promotion, and market communications, helping the company enhance its presence in the global market. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Marketing Activities and International Partnerships: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including online and offline seminars, exhibitions, and workshops to increase Metanoia’s visibility in the semiconductor and 5G industries. Engage with overseas markets and international partners, organizations, and technical alliances such as 3GPP, O-RAN/OTIC, TIP, ORPC, 5G Summit, MWC, FYUZ, Network X, and Computex. 2. Social Media & Content Creation: Manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, create and publish technical and market-related content, and optimize SEO/SEM (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns) to enhance Metanoia’s exposure and conversion rates. Maintain and update the company’s website, track marketing data, product marketing materials, and promotional content. 3. Project Management and Government Subsidy: Handle administrative processes related to projects with customers, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities. Assist in the application process for the relevant government subsidies and collaborative programs. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales and technical teams to develop 5G marketing strategies and promotional plans aligned with market needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced 5G industry and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
