【Job Summary】 We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Support Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our China-based development teams and global production environments. This role will investigate complex issues, create sanitized diagnostic packages, and partner with engineering teams to implement solutions while ensuring compliance with data sovereignty requirements. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise across our application stack with excellent troubleshooting skills and cloud operations capabilities to enable efficient development despite cross-border constraints. 【Key Responsibilities】 Development Support & Issue Resolution • Investigate and diagnose complex production issues that China development teams cannot directly access • Create sanitized diagnostic packages and reproduction environments that enable effective troubleshooting • Take ownership of root cause analysis for customer-reported problems across our application stack • Work closely with China-based teams to ensure thorough understanding of application architecture and business logic • Participate in development efforts to maintain technical currency with system architecture and code • Document common patterns, issues, and solutions to build a knowledge base for development teams • Assist with deployments using Docker/Kubernetes applications, Terraform Infrastructure as Code, and enable cross-border DevOps collaboration. Oversee deployments, optimize performance, and serve as the technical liaison for development teams.
