Scrum master 的經驗 4. 跨職能開發經驗 5. ISO 27001與ISO 27017稽核相關經驗 We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead our new software engineering team of global features implementation. You will need to build the team from zero and control the software development process once team build. Besides, you may also need to manage the team productivity and provide technical leadership. Moreover, you are expected to bring new ideas to reinforce no matter software development process, system quality or software requirements. Besides, in 17 Live, we encourage employees to embrace data driven culture. Therefore, you will co-work with data team to build up a robust data or intelligent system to benefit our business. Responsibility: 1. Builds the software team from zero. 2. Manages a software engineering team to implement the requirements and review outcomes. 3. Sets clear expectations for team members; solicits, synthesizes and delivers feedback 4. Identifies and drives process improvement opportunities within the software development life cycle. 5. Leads a team as startup team to face diverse requirements and event think out of the box to bring new ideas to benefit business. 6. Manages activities such as developing technical proposals and providing detailed costs and schedule estimates for software projects. The following experiences are favored for this position: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Software Engineering. Master’s degree is preferred. 2. 6+ years in software industry 3. 4+ years as a developer 4. Experience in 3rd party payment integration 5. Experience in managing software development teams 6. Well understanding of software development process 7. Strong communication skills 8. Strong analytical and coding skills 9. Problem solving abilities 10. Good understanding of agile methodologies 11. Leadership abilities with a strategic mind Good to have: 1. Good programming skills in at least one of the following: Go, Python, Javascript o and ability to pick up new ones. And good scripting skills. 2. Cross functions management 3. Experience in a scrum master 4. Experience in cross functions development 5. Experience in audit of ISO 27001 and ISO 27017
