(Sr.) QA Engineer

About the Opportunity: The QA engineer will play a pivotal role as a valued member of a collaborative Scrum team. Working in close partnership with Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers, the QA engineer will be instrumental in ensuring that assigned projects not only meet but exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and timely delivery. Assist in system testing of new applications and existing software to ensure they meet design specifications. 2. Perform regression testing of new applications and existing software enhancements to identify any possible impacts caused by changes. 3. Assist in maintaining and managing manual or automated scripts and test databases. 4. Design, write, execute, and maintain tests for web application and platform APIs. Evaluate specification, requirements, and technical design documents to provide prompt and valuable feedback. 5. Record test results and follow up with fault report cases, cooperating closely with related engineers. 6. Assist in the verification and evidence of reproduction of any reported faults in existing software. 7. Ensure all work produced meets customer requirements before being released for internal approval. 8. Ensure all work meets the guidelines and standards defined for the team and the company. 9. Involve in the development stage and stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Requirements and Skills: 1. Experience in a variety of testing types, including Application Testing, System Testing, Mobile Testing. 2. At least 5 years of QA experience and 1 year of experience in blockchain testing will be a huge plus. 3. Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 4. Knowledge about different types of testing methods, including Function, Integration, Regression, Stress, and API testing. 5. Experience using testing tools such as Jmeter, Fiddler, Postman,adb logcat, charles, etc. 6. Experience working in an agile environment. 7. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. 8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 9. Proficiency in analyzing faults and bugs found. 10. [Optional] -Familiar with app automation framework, ex : appium, Katalon, espresso or Xcode, etc. -Familiar with python , javascript or others. -Experience in API automation development. -Familiar with Android and iOS mobile platform.
