[Job Description] As a Sales Representative at FTTI, you will be responsible for the following jobs: - Identifying and engaging potential clients. - Understanding their IT infrastructure needs. - Providing tailored IT solutions. - You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales goals. [Responsibilities] • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT industry. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and SI selling partners. • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions, including servers, storage, and virtualization technologies. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. • Prepare and deliver presentations. Proposals and so on to clients and selling partners. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. [Education and Experience] • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred). • 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field (1-2 years with strong potential may also be considered). • Proven track record in B2B sales and customer relationship management. [Preferred Qualifications] • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization solutions. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of sales team. • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals.
