Tax Filing and Compliance: Assist with VAT filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Financial Analysis and Process Optimization: Monitor daily financial data, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Annual Audit and External Coordination: Work with external auditors to complete annual audits and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting. Cross-Border Finance and Project Support: Participate in overseas entity setup, bank account opening, cash management, and assist with investor-related requirements. Cash Flow Forecasting and Treasury Planning: Assist in cash flow forecasting and contribute to discussions on financing and capital allocation. ▌Learning and Development Opportunities: Full Exposure to Startup Finance Lifecycle: From early-stage operations to growth, including daily accounting, annual audits, tax compliance, fundraising, and international structuring. International Experience: Gain hands-on exposure to financial and compliance processes in the U.S. and Asia. Direct Collaboration with Core Team: Work closely with founders, investors, and external professional advisors (audit firms, legal counsel) to enhance your professional expertise. ▌Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance; experience in an audit firm is a plus. Proficient in financial systems and Excel, capable of preparing reports and performing data analysis. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain execution and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. ▌Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Taiwan VAT filing and related tax processes. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced organization. Strong English communication skills for cross-border collaboration.
