Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the development process of our SupremeRAID™ product line. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end project execution, from planning and development to delivery, while collaborating with customers to meet their customization needs. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in storage, data protection, and kernel-space architecture, paired with proven software development management experience. Familiarity with NVIDIA CUDA programming and out-of-band management is a strong advantage, given SupremeRAID™’s GPU-based architecture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own the SupremeRAID™ Development Process: Oversee the full product lifecycle—defining scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software releases for the SupremeRAID™ product line. 2. Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their customization requirements, translate needs into actionable technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with their performance and data protection goals. 3. Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product management) to deliver robust, scalable storage solutions, leveraging project management methodologies to adapt to evolving priorities. 4. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on storage architecture, kernel module integration, and software optimization, ensuring alignment with SupremeRAID™’s innovative GPU-accelerated design. 5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum under tight deadlines. 6. Documentation & Communication: Produce clear, detailed project documentation (plans, progress reports, technical specs) and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—internal teams, leadership, and customers.
