The primary goal of this position is to meet the company’s objectives in the Asia region by planning and implementing marketing activities aimed at improving sales, acquiring new customer, boosting engagement, and fostering brand loyalty through both digital and traditional marketing channels. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: 1. Marketing Campaign Execution – work closely with Global Marketing teams, Sales/BU and Distribution teams in Asia to execute the specific marketing plans for the Asia region. 2. Digital Marketing – collaborate with third-party partners for both the China website and WeChat. Enhance the quality and volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across both platforms. 3. Events and Roadshows – coordinate tradeshows across the Asia region. Support sales and business units in organizing local roadshows and events, including webinars and other virtual events. 4. Social media – coordinate with third-party partners to create and share engaging content in all Asia social media platforms, continuously boost brand visibility and reach across the Asia region. This position requires frequent cross functional collaboration with the Global Marketing Teams, Sales and Distribution teams. Principal Accountabilities : • Plan and coordinate tradeshows and distribution events in the Asia region. Ensure these events align with regional market needs and company objectives to maximize marketing impact and engagement. • Coordinate and implement the localized content on China website to boost visits and traffic, enhancing user engagement and overall experience by tailoring content to the preferences and interests of the local audience. • Execute digital marketing plans across platforms such as WeChat, Red Note, and BiliBili etc. Focus on driving traffic growth, ensuring positive performance indicators, and optimizing conversion rates to contribute to sales revenue. Key Challenges : • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Effectively work with marketing team, business units, sales teams and external partners across different geographies to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts. • Ensure KPIs are met, driving the success of marketing initiatives.
