The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong background in C++ programming, capable of delivering designs and implementations that meet customer needs. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be able to provide technical mentorship to improve overall engineering excellence. Responsibilities include ■ Mastering design details and hands on implementations, overseeing development progress and managing risks associated with software development and maintenance. ■ Communicating and coordinating technical issues with key stakeholders, including product managers, project managers, architects, QA, and support engineers. ■ Defining technical specifications and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and company objectives. ■ Mentoring both junior and senior engineers to enhance their technical capabilities.
